ahem, so first of all the pose is just so adorable!
Everyone will go like "awwww" when they first see it... except if they just have no heart or something

the great things
The concept is very good and adorable all the way. I like the way you shaded the picture and added a soft background to make it even more adorable. I also just simply love the way the tail is wrapped around the character, you just feel the caring parts in this picture.

the things you could improve on
I think that you could make the line art darker on the blue character because it actually stands out with the other character or you could make the black parts of the other characters's lineart a bit lighter so it would fit better with the background and give it a kind of "pastel" touch. If you know what I mean.. also, The paws of the white character are a bit off, the paw that hangs a bit is fine but the other paw that's under the face is a bit off as seen in a anatomical (is that even a word? ) way.

for the rest can't i see anything i'd like to tell you.
